Skincare Routine & Layering

Get the most out of every product with the right order and timing.

Tip 01

Always cleanse first

Start every routine with a clean base. Applying serums or treatments over makeup, sunscreen, or daily buildup reduces their effectiveness and can cause congestion.

Tip 02

Layer thinnest to thickest

Apply products from lightest to heaviest consistency — toner, serum, moisturizer, then SPF in the morning. This ensures each layer absorbs properly without being blocked.

Tip 03

Wait between layers

Give each product 30–60 seconds to absorb before applying the next. This prevents pilling and lets active ingredients penetrate rather than mix on the surface.

Tip 04

Don't skip SPF

Sun protection is the single most effective anti-aging step in any routine. Apply it as your final morning step — after moisturizer, before makeup. Reapply every 2 hours if outdoors.

Tip 05

Consistency over complexity

A simple routine done consistently delivers better results than an elaborate one done sporadically. Start with the basics — cleanser, moisturizer, SPF — and build from there.

Tip 06

Use LED after cleansing

For the best LED results, use your mask on completely bare, clean skin before applying any serums or moisturizers. Apply your post-cleanse products immediately after your session.

LED Mask

Make every session count with these simple best practices.

Tip 01

Always wear the eye pads

The LED Mask ships with protective eye pads — use them every session. While the LEDs are non-UV, sustained brightness at close range can cause eye strain over time.

Tip 02

Use on bare, clean skin

Thick creams, oils, and SPF scatter light and reduce penetration depth. Always cleanse thoroughly before your session for maximum light delivery to the skin.

Tip 03

3–5 times a week is the sweet spot

Consistency matters more than frequency. Using the mask 3–5 times per week for 10 minutes delivers cumulative results — more sessions per day won't speed up results.

Tip 04

Apply serums right after

LED therapy temporarily increases cellular activity and blood flow, which boosts product absorption. Apply your serums and moisturizers within a few minutes of finishing your session.

Tip 05

Choose your color intentionally

Red targets fine lines and collagen. Blue targets acne. Green evens skin tone. Yellow calms redness. Match the wavelength to your current concern rather than rotating randomly.

Tip 06

Clean it after every use

Wipe the inner silicone surface with a soft, damp cloth after each session. Avoid submerging in water. Store it folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Cleansers

Simple habits that make a big difference to how your skin feels every day.

Tip 01

A little goes a long way

A pea-sized amount is all you need. Using too much doesn't improve cleansing — it just means more rinsing. Add water to your hands first to help emulsify the formula.

Tip 02

Massage for 60 seconds

Don't rush the cleanse. Massaging for a full 60 seconds helps lift pollution, excess oil, and product buildup that a quick rinse misses. Use gentle circular motions — no scrubbing needed.

Tip 03

Rinse with lukewarm water

Hot water strips your moisture barrier and can cause redness. Cold water doesn't remove cleanser effectively. Lukewarm is the sweet spot for a thorough, gentle rinse.

Tip 04

Pat dry, don't rub

Rubbing with a towel causes friction and can irritate skin over time. Pat gently with a clean, soft towel — or leave skin slightly damp before applying your next product to lock in moisture.

Tip 05

Pick the right formula for you

C Nectar is ideal if you're targeting dullness or uneven tone. Coco Cloud suits dry or sensitive skin that needs a gentler, more hydrating cleanse. Both work as a pre-LED Mask step.

Tip 06

Store away from heat and light

Both cleansers have a 12-month shelf life after opening. Keep them in a cool, dry place — not in a steamy shower. Always close the cap tightly to preserve the formula.

Purity Cleanse Brush

Get a deeper clean without irritating your skin barrier.

Tip 01

Use 2–3 times a week

Daily brushing isn't necessary and can over-exfoliate. Two to three times a week is enough for a thorough deep clean — more sensitive skin types should start at twice a week and adjust.

Tip 02

Apply cleanser first

Always use the brush with a cleanser — never on dry skin. Apply C Nectar or Coco Cloud to damp skin first, then use the brush in gentle circular motions for 60–90 seconds.

Tip 03

Let the bristles do the work

The medical-grade silicone bristles are designed to be gentle. Don't press hard — light pressure in slow circles is all it takes. Pressing too firmly offers no extra benefit and can cause redness.

Tip 04

Pair it before your LED session

The Purity Brush is the perfect pre-LED prep step. A brush cleanse removes more buildup than hands alone, giving the LED light a cleaner surface to penetrate for better results.

Tip 05

Avoid broken or irritated skin

Skip the brush if you have open wounds, active cystic acne, or a compromised skin barrier. Wait until skin has fully healed before resuming use to avoid spreading bacteria or worsening inflammation.

Tip 06

Rinse and air dry after each use

Rinse the bristles thoroughly under running water after every use and let it air dry. Don't store it face-down while wet — this traps moisture and can harbor bacteria over time.
