How do I start a return?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@nuriiskin.com with your order number and reason for the return — we'll send return instructions after reviewing your request. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout when applicable. We currently ship within the United States only. Full shipping policy →
Is there free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75 (before taxes, after discounts), unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Note that tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after a label is created. You can also track your order anytime using our order tracking page →
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly at support@nuriiskin.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and make it right. If the issue is on our end, we'll cover return shipping or provide an appropriate remedy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method — please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@nuriiskin.com.
