We want you to feel confident shopping with NurïSkin. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made on our store.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with any included components. For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of personal care items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at support@nuriiskin.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos (and packaging photos if available) so we can evaluate and make it right.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility. If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item) or the product arrived damaged/defective, we may cover return shipping or offer an appropriate remedy.

Non-returnable items

The following items are typically non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care items (including skincare/beauty products)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if clearly marked at purchase)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible), then place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to process, depending on your bank or card issuer.
