This Shipping Policy explains how NurïSkin processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on nuriiskin.com.

Shipping locations

We currently ship within the United States.

Carriers

We may ship orders using carriers available through Shopify, such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT may be eligible for same-day processing when operationally possible. Same-day processing is not guaranteed.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships (not the day you place your order). Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, or other factors outside our control.

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: typically 2–3 business days after shipment, when available at checkout.

Shipping rates and free shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to confirm the correct address.

Depending on the situation, we may require you to pay for reshipping costs before we resend the package.

Delivery issues, delays, and lost packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at support@nuriiskin.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution.

International shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.
